Turing House has been home to Siemens Energy since 2007, a purpose-built office and laboratory.

Clayton

Clayton House

A Grade II listed building, acquired in 2016 Clayton House located in the heart of Manchester Piccadilly Gardens, comprising over 20,000 sq.ft of offices, and 10,000 sq.ft of restaurant space across the ground and basement.

T&M completed a full refurbishment of the building in 2017 modernising the offering, whilst retaining its original features. Since completion T&M have actively managed the building maintaining a high occupancy level.
